Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking a one-on-one coaching session with Dr. O. Please review the policy regarding rescheduling: • You may reschedule your scheduled 1-hour coaching session up to two (2) times, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice. • For same-day appointments, you must schedule at least 2 hours before the appointment. • To reschedule, please contact us by email: chatwithdr.o@gmail.com • Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations and No-Shows: • We do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments. • Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the session. Exceptions: • In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
